about rach.

I so strongly believe that when you strengthen, nurture and feel confident at the core of who you are as a person, you are able to bring the best version of yourself to every aspect of your life.

This is the essence of The Core Club.

MY STORY.

I began my career as an actress, appearing on various Aussie and US TV shows and films and lived in LA on and off for several years before returning to Melbourne - at this time, I had also split up with my partner at the time and decided to overhaul my life. I held the belief that your relationship with yourself is the most important one you'll ever have, so I started to look into how I was treating my body and ultimately myself.

I had already been into personal development since I was young, but now it was about intentionally cleaning up my eating habits, developing a sustainable workout routine that felt normal to me, plus delving deeper into limiting beliefs and the inner work to grow even more as a person. This naturally led to me transitioning into wellness to help women do exactly the same.

I've now spent over 10 years in the wellness space, and hold a post graduate qualification as a Master Coach in Neuro-Linguisitc Programming, as well as a host of certifications across a variety of health and wellness disciplines including pilates, athletic pilates, pre and post natal, nutrition and more.

I've been through so many versions of myself over the years and each time I move into a new version of myself, the one thing that remains consistent is the need to expand my body and mind because I know it helps me grow and succeed in every area of life.

Similarly, I've helped so many clients over the years, reinvent themselves, their habits and their lives. The Core Club is here to help you do just that.

So hello. Hi. Welcome.

So glad to have you here!
